2. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At Aura Wellness by Angel Hands, we value your time and ours. Please review our booking and refund terms carefully:

• Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. To secure your preferred time, we recommend confirming your booking at least 24 hours ahead.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time at no cost.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late or fail to show up without notifying us at least 30 minutes in advance, your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. After that time, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are not available for missed appointments or late arrivals without notice.

  • If notice is given 30 minutes or more before the appointment, rescheduling can be arranged free of charge.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., emergencies), management reserves the right to review individual situations at its discretion.

By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.

3. Client Conduct

To maintain a respectful, safe, and relaxing environment for everyone, we ask all clients to follow our conduct policy:

• Clients must arrive in a clean and hygienic condition.

• Service will not be provided to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

• In such cases, the session will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued.

Aura Wellness by Angel Hands reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not comply with these standards.
