At Aura Wellness by Angel Hands, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking any service.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time without penalty.

2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If a client arrives late or fails to appear for their appointment without notifying us at least 30 minutes in advance, the appointment will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
After this grace period, the session will be marked as completed and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

3. Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or late arrivals without prior notice.
In cases where the client provides timely notice (30 minutes or more before the appointment), rescheduling may be arranged at no additional cost.
In exceptional circumstances (such as emergencies), management reserves the right to review individual cases at its discretion.

By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

To ensure a safe, relaxing, and respectful environment for all our guests and staff, we kindly ask clients to follow the guidelines below:

Clients must arrive in a clean and hygienic condition.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
In such cases, the appointment will be canceled immediately, and no refund will be issued.
